At Glam Duchess, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in the original packaging
To start a return, please contact us at support@glamduchess.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Earrings (unless defective or damaged)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, your order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
