Order Processing time is 1-3 business days

Orders that contain 15 or more overseas products (all have to be the same shipping timeframe) will be shipped directly to you or your customer, which can cut down shipping time by 2 - 3 business days.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy for most items. Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please send us a message. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
